Electronic Banking – For whom?

ProCredit Bank offers services for electronic banking to all legal entities and individuals, for payments in MKD and hard currency, who owns an account in ProCredit Bank.


What is electronic banking?

Electronic banking of ProCredit Bank is a system that enables fast and safe overview of:

Views and reports
- List of transactions (inflow and payments)
- Balance sheets (legal entities)
- bank statements

Electronic transactions
- Internal payment orders
- PP30
- Budgetary payments

* N.B.:The electronic transactions are currently enabled only for payments in MKD


What is needed?

In order for you to use these services of ProCredit Bank, you need:

- Personal computer
- Internet access
- Smart card and smart card reader (for electronic payments- supplied by the Bank)
- Digital certificate (issued by a certified CA) manual and passwords (supplied  by the Bank)

Minimum requests for performing electronic transaction: personal computer should have minimum one USB port and installed one of the operative systems Windows 98 SE, Windows XP or Windows Vista and the Internet browser Microsoft Internet explorer 6.x or an updated version

Electronic statements - what type of service is that?


The service Electronic Statement is a program package of ProCredit Bank offering the possibility to reach part of your banking services from your office or home without the need to come to a ProCredit branch office, which saves your time.



Electronic Statements- Why?


- Because you can view banking information for the change and the current state of your account at any moment - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year;
- Because in that way you have a total control of your finances and
- Because you save the time that you can spend with your family or friends, or read your favorite book.



Electronic Statements  -  Which services can I use?


The service Electronic Statements of ProCredit Bank enables access to the accounts and use of one of the following services:

- Account transactions- monitoring of the changes and overview of the current balance on the account and
- Statements - daily statement of the account (only for legal entities)



Electronic Statements- who can use this service?

 
Every individual and legal entity, owner of a transaction account in ProCredit Bank can use this service indefinitely (0- 24hrs) 365 days a year.



Electronic Statements - how much does this service cost?


- Free of charge for all legal entities that access the system daily.
- All individuals shall be charged according the Tariff of the ProCredit Bank.
